Saturday was my first ever preschool field trip. It was a family trip to Country Lane Tree Farm. Mom even rearranged her work schedule so she could go.
Rumors were that we might run into a bit of mud. They proved to be true. Thank goodness for my new PURPLE boots. As I tell my parents, I love purple and pink.
Right as you go in, there's tons of goats waiting to be fed. I must have fed them half of a loaf of bread. And every time I gave them another piece of bread, I giggled and laughed like it was the most fun thing I have ever done.
Mom was in charge of hauling Evie around. Evie did not feed any of the animals.
Here I am petting my buddy, Poppy the Teacup Pig.
Poppy impression!
Petting a pony.
Pony impression!
Thumbs-up if you like to ride the barrel train.
Dad helped me pick a pumpkin out on our hay ride.
I can't lie. Evie's eyes do not scream "having a great time at the farm!"
This was Timmy the pig. He was a bit of a "ham!"
I also fed deer...
...and milked a cow.
I just asked Dad today when I can return to the farm. I can't wait to go back again!
Looks like a fun trip! I want to go pick out a pumpkin too!
