Ann Arbor, Detroit Zoo, Swimming, and School!

As always we are staying busy!  Here's a recap.....
A cool and weird backyard sunset, Fall is coming!
The day before Mom and Evie flew to Seattle we took a family trip up to Ann Arbor.  There was lots to see at the Natural History Museum that is at the University of Michigan.
Here Nat is with Dad in front of a sabertooth!
 This was Natalie's favorite skeleton.
They actually let you get in a canoe!
We snuck down to Pinball Pete's.  Natalie tried her hand at air hockey -  her and Mom beat Dad!
Not only did we eat pizza on the lawn, we split some cookies too!
After refueling, we took a walk down to the Art Museum.
A very happy Evie was along for the ride.
On our way back to the car Natalie wanted one more look at the dinosaurs!
Natalie is also moving on up to a bigger bike.  Here she is with her training wheels.  Hopefully she can keep up with the other girls in the bike gang now!
Getting ready for a 4-D Dora adventure movie at the Detroit Zoo. The glasses would be off half way through because I really didn't like the Robot Butterfly that buzzed in my face.
 Detroit Zoo's "Hugging Bears" fountain.
Carousel Ride #1 - The dinosaur with his tiny little arms.
The awesome train that goes from one end of the [very big] Detroit Zoo to the other. We rode it both ways.
Carousel Ride #2 - Praying Mantis.
Just before my first ever Tadpoles Swim Lesson.
Swimming with Mr. Fred on the ponoodle.
Evie relaxing in her new outfit.
Natalie after a war wound to her knee.  Cried it out and fell asleep on the couch.
Evie felt bad for her big sister but it didn't seem to bring her spirits down!
Today was the first day of 3 year old preschool at St. Joe's.  Natalie is looking forward to school every Tuesday and Thursday morning.
Here Nat is with Evie and her bag that she stamped her name on at preschool orientation.
The big drop off - Natalie was very excited to see her teachers and meet some new friends!!  Just another busy week with the Jacksons :)
